The United Development Assistant is an internal business application operated for United Development. It accesses QuickBooks Online data only after an authorized user grants access through Intuit OAuth 2.0.
The application may process customer records, invoices, items, transaction details, and accounting reports needed to perform an authorized request. It does not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. The service runs on a private United Development server, uses HTTPS in transit, restricts API access with bearer authentication, and exposes no general-purpose QuickBooks proxy. Accounting data is returned only to authorized requests and is not retained by the connector beyond operational logs that exclude credentials and token values.
QuickBooks access can be revoked from the Intuit account’s connected-app settings. Revoking access prevents further API use. Authorized administrators may also remove locally stored OAuth credentials.
Privacy questions may be directed to the United Development administrator responsible for this Intuit developer application.
